Credentials: All client passwords and secrets are stored using Keeper Security, utilizing zero-knowledge, full AES-256-bit encryption.
Server Management: System logs and remote monitoring are managed via NinjaRMM, protected by Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
Financials: Payments and accounting are processed via Wave and Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers or bank details on our local infrastructure.

While we offer 24/7 Support, specific response times (SLAs) and the scope of covered technical issues are strictly governed by the individual Service Level Agreement (SLA) or Master Service Agreement (MSA) signed by the client prior to the commencement of work.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall BTS Technology Group LLC be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on our Site or services provided, even if we have been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any access credentials provided for the Jira ITSM portal or other support tools.

Important Note on Support: Website visitors and prospective clients should note that “24/7 Support” refers to the availability of our intake systems (Jira ITSM). Guaranteed response windows, “emergency” labor rates, and hardware/software coverage limits are defined solely within the client’s signed contract. No technical support provided via this website or Jira portal constitutes a warranty unless specifically outlined in a signed agreement.
